ReplyDeleteIt is indeed Rose Tyler, and it is indeed from the season 1 finale (which is called The Parting of the Ways justsoyouknow) which may be my favorite episode, at least as far as Rose is concerned. You get awesome points AND cookies. But you get those anyway. :].
